Have you ever gone to a workshop, learned a ton of new ideas, couldn’t wait to implement them, and then….. you went back to the real world and never found the time or motivation to do a single one of those things that you said you were going to do?

This workshop is designed to give you the time, motivation, and tools to get your goals and ideas into action. It is handcrafted to help you figure out what may be stopping or blocking you from achieving the things you really want to achieve, and also to explore the thoughts behind what is truly holding you back from what you really want, whether it is in your professional or personal life.

Cost: $99.00

Date: Friday, April 13th, 2018 (Hey, what else you going to do on a Friday the 13th?)

Time: 10:00 am to 3:30 pm. 9:15 Registration.

Location: Atlantic Grill

Provided: Coffee and Tea and Lunch on the premises. A nice American made notebook from Appointed (I love these notebooks and want you to have one too) for your notes and journaling. Breakfast is not provided so eat beforehand accordingly.

Just bring yourself, your favorite pen, and your list of goals and objectives, and your future wants. They can be written down or even just in your head. Bring a yoga block if you have one, if not don’t worry about it. I will be providing a notebook and healthy lunch. I look forward to seeing you there.
