Episode 11: Squirrel vs. Bird
In this episode, I share a story about squirrels and bird feeders to explain the importance of designing your business to attract the right customers.
Squirrels will work hard to get whatever they can get their hands on. But sometimes, their hard work is wasted or inefficient. They put all this effort into getting into a bird feeder, only for a couple of seeds.
Sometimes that is like business, we work hard, but what's it for if we're not achieving our goals?
In this episode, I mention "be the bird feeder" in business. In other words, be the one that attracts the right customers, the ones who are interested in what YOU have to offer. This means understanding your target market and providing them with the products or services they need.
If you're looking for ways to grow your business, this episode is for you!

Episode 10: Raef and Genya
Meet Genya!
Genya and I were introduced through a mutual friend who insisted we had to meet, so we did. We have chatted about 5-6 times, and every conversation, I personally have found to be enlightening and fun at the same time. I said, “Let’s roll tape on this,” and Genya agreed to come on the show. Here is what transpired.
We chatted about everything from his immigration to America at the Age of 10, to love languages and relationships, and all the way to Star Trek communicators and AI. I think you will really enjoy this episode -- at least I did!
